Services

  • What services do you offer?

    • We build custom PCs to meet the requirements and budget of our customers. We stress test and benchmark each machine with popular titles and benchmarking tools.

  • Why buy one of our custom PCs vs a regular prebuilt?

    • Unlike mass produced prebuilt PCs, each of our custom PCs are built specifically for you. ​​​​​You choose the base model, you select your upgrades, and we take care of the rest. If there's a certain component that we don't have listed as an option, send us an email and we'll work on getting it for you. ​​In addition, we only use quality, trusted brands; none of those cheap brands you've never heard of in our builds!

  • Do you offer custom cooling loops?

    • Currently we do not, but it may be something we offer in the future.​

Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?

    • We charge a ​flat shipping rate of $70 nationwide to the lower 48 states.​​​​ If you would like to request faster shipping, send us an email and we will charge accordingly. We also recommend requiring a signature upon delivery. If you would like to require signature on delivery for no extra cost, please let us know in the Notes section on Checkout.

  • Do you ship International?

    • Email us for International shipping rates.

  • How long will it take to get my PC?

    • Your PC will be built/tested in less than a week. Once your PC is ready to be shipped​, it will take 3-6 days depending on your location. 

Warranty

  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

    • We offer a standard 1-year warranty on parts and labor from the day your PC is delivered​. 

  • What is covered by the warranty?

    • All systems are tested and benchmarked before shipping out. If ​​​there is an issue with any of the hardware, we will attempt to walk you through troubleshooting. If you are not 100% satisfied with the PC for any reason within 30 days, we will give you a full refund, you only pay to ship back to us. If you have issues after 30 days that cannot be resolved remotely, we will will pay cost of shipping, repair and return shipping for the affected part(s).

  • What if I want to upgrade my machine?

    • You are free to upgrade your hardware as you wish if you are feeling tech savvy, and we can even walk you through how to do so and offer recommendations that are compatible, however, any new hardware installed will NOT be covered by our warranty.
